Knox Institute Asset Transfer
Radio City Association are undertaking a community asset transfer of the Knox Institute building with the assistance of North Ayrshire Council. We are delighted to have been supported by the Architectural Heritage Fund and the Nuclear Decommision Authority Magnox Socio Economic Fund in helping to realise the vision of a renewed totemic buidling that is vital to the towns history, culture and sense of identity.

Draft Design Video
Our fantastic project architect Donald Bentley has worked to produce a first draft design of our proposal to create a vision for the future of this iconic building. Going forward we will work to refine the proposals listening to the community's ideas and continuing to develop the plans to ensure that the Knox Institute once again fulfils its original promise of bringing social and economic benefit to the people of the local area.
